The easiest way to revamp your wardrobe is to keep a hand full of trusty basics and top them off with statement pieces. For summer, I love wearing tanks and high waisted shorts but to avoid looking too exposed, I throw on a pretty cardigan or cover up. It not only adds a burst of life and color to my look, but it keeps me cozy and less fridgety (I find that the more conservative my outfit, the less I have to worry about it, and the more I can worry about other things, like work!)
