First Day
I will never forget my first day of Kindergarden.
The night before, I was so excited about my outfit that after my parents went to bed I put my “first day of school” clothes on and fell asleep in them. {You can see a photo from my first day of school at the bottom of this post}.
With each fall that rolls around I wistfully re-live the first fireplace we lit each season, the smell of the first autumn breeze that brushed through town and the big trip to San Antonio we would make with mom to go shopping for “Back to School” clothes.
