Interview #3 – The Grand Finale
Click photos for larger view.About two hours after I left Interview #2, I got a call from my new company inviting me to come back and meet the third-in-command. I knew at this point that as long as this guy liked me, I'd most likely have an offer coming. It was a relief to actually have a one-on-conversation this time, rather than panels like the prior two interviews. #3 was just a nice conversation, and I had the opportunity to ask a LOT of questions about the company. I strongly recommend that when you are interviewing for a job, you should interview them as well. That's your chance to make sure you'd really feel comfortable in the environment if you got the job. ...
