homemade bruschetta.
I don’t think I’m much of cook, but there are a few things I make that are really really good.
Bruschetta is one of them.
You guys, this is such a simple recipe, you can throw it together in about 10 minutes, and my whole family loves it. I make my french bread ahead of time and then it’s easy peasy quick.
And any recipe that involves warm french bread and melty cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil smothered all over the top gets two enthusiastic thumbs up from me.
My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Homemade Bruschetta:
3-5 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
A handful of fresh basil leaves (chopped)
