Every time I go to NYC, I come back with another favorite spot in the city. This time, it's Alice's Tea Cup. I first heard of it from Carly of College Prepster's list of top places to visit . Adriana , Chelsea , & I stumbled on the place while traipsing around the Upper East Side and decided to head in. Best decision we ever made. It was so darling, and the pumpkin scones people. Oh my goodness, I wish I still had the other half of it right now. I mean wow.
