In spite of the slightly dreary weather, I went to Phipps Conservatory today with my mom and sister. For the summer show, Phipps asked eight local interior designers to decorate the gardens using sustainable materials. I can't say I fell madly in love with any of the displays (though one art piece made of road signs was pretty neat), but the gardens themselves were more than enough. Wandering through that place is unbelievably relaxing.Mostly I just wanted to show off my kite dress from Red Velvet. I can't resist a silly novelty print. I recently bought a 50's skirt with little pirate ships and treasure maps, and I'm sure that will be making an appearance soon enough.Job...
