The Last Of The Fringe And that's a wrap on the Edmonton Fringe! Almost 800 000 people visited this year - in a city of a million - and over 100 000 bought tickets to indoor shows, with over 350 sold out performances. One things is for sure: Edmonton loves theatre. What stellar eleven days, filled with sunshine, warm nights, street performers, drag queens, patios, beers, magicians, make-shift venues, laughs with friends, green onion cakes, parades, cabaret, costumes, buskers, and many, many chocolate covered bananas.
