Top: Old Navy | Skirt: Bettie Page | Shoes: TOMS My school district has a mentoring program for all new employees, and I wore this outfit on the day all the new teachers spent the day with our mentors. Luckily, my mentor is one of the other counselors on my team, so I've gotten to know her a little bit over the course of the summer. We had a great day together, going through the process of enrolling new students and what I should expect for the first couple of weeks of school. I click with her so well, and she was very affirming that I have been doing a great job so far. Whew! I have only worn this skirt one time since it was featured in my winter 30x30...
