Ok, let me tell you a little story about something I have recently been going through. Over a month ago my phone contract ran out and I decided to switch to T-Mobile. No contract sounds appealing to more than just me, right? While there, the rep talked my husband into also switching even though he was still under contract and they would pay the early termination fees for his phone and my youngest son's phone. $700 later we are all with T-Mobile and happy as can be until my ETF submission was declined not once, but twice.
