vineyard to vineyard
My good friend is moving to Bolivia so as a last hurrah before she left town, we decided to take a trip to a few Virginia wineries, using a list of recommendations from Red Hen's Sebastian Zutant . We started at Glen Manor , which sits in a valley bordered by Skyline Drive (yeah, it's kind of picturesque). Since it's a little further out and doesn't allow buses, it's quiet and uncrowded and we ended up making a picnic of our lunch on their Adirondack chairs looking out at the surrounding hills (ridiculously charming, right?).
