Holiday in the Ardèche-Drôme: First Impressions
So I guess I didn't feel like blogging while away, sorry! We returned from our week-long holiday in the south of France just yesterday, and MAN I am filled with conflicted emotions. On one hand I'm brimming with gratitude for having experienced literally the best time of my life surrounded by natural and man-made beauty, on the other I'm a bit down about returning to normality. Belgium is decidedly lackluster after France (seriously, even the roadside restaurants and bathrooms are great in France), and returning home after a trip always comes with an avalanche of chores that need to be done.
