OOTD | Exploring the wolds
This weekend has felt like a mini holiday, it has been wonderful! I went to meet Liam's friends from work for the first time at a summer garden party. Lorne lives in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, which for those of you not familiar with the Midlands, is one of the most remote parts of the county, and surprisingly hilly!
I've heard lots of people poo poo Lincolnshire, but I grew up not so far away so I've got some fond memories of living in the countryside. My mum used to say "Only boring people get bored", so it was never a case of being allowed to feel sorry for yourself. I think, actually, living out in the sticks makes you more creative!
