Previous outfit posts: one , two , three , four , and five. Sometimes clothes function as souvenirs when bought on trips and wearing them brings back happy memories. Other times they feel like the only good thing that came out of a trip! This vintage cardigan might fall into the latter category. I bought it after a trip to Boston with friends; it wasn't a completely disastrous journey but enough things went wrong that I was quite glad to be heading home by the end of it.
