When I spied this cute confection of a top, I was not supposed to be shopping! I was actually being good and returning a recent purchase. Despite my attempts to wear blinders as I marched past the racks, resistance proved to be futile. As soon as I saw the rosy color and sweet scallops, it was a done deal.
