Dress : Forever21 Blazer : gift Shoes : Steve Madden Luxe Necklace : gift This is what I wore the day my new little niece was born. The whole time she was baking in my sister's belly, before they had a name for her, I called her "Ladybug". So I decided polka dots would be the most appropriate thing to wear on the day she entered this world!
