The beauty's utopia As I have finally finished my exams with success and so I am officially on holiday, some mornings ago I went to see the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition at Palazzo Chiablese. The Pre-Raphaelites were a group of english painters, poets and critics, founded in 1848 by William Hunt, John Everett Millais and Dante Gabriel Rossetti. The group's intention was to reform art by rejecting what it considered the mechanistic approach first adopted by Mannerist artists who succeeded Raffaello and Michelangelo.
