Black leggings are always such a staple item for layering, and I was so excited to find a pair that had such interesting detail but was still practical and versatile. The scale pattern definitely adds a subtle extra something when pairing it up with items you'd normally wear with basic black leggings- which is pretty much everything! I would wear these leggings with a baggy tee for a sporty urban look, blazers, baggy knits, or whatever you like....
