Basilea and Berna
We spent the morning of the second day visiting the historical centre of Basilea and some contemporary architecture by Herzog and Demeron, two architects that have founded their studio in the city in 1978 and they were also awarded the Pritzker Pritze, the highest of honor in architecture. I really like Herzog and Demeron works, especially their ability to communicate between new architectures and the old part of a city.
