Best French Toast EVER.
This past Thursday at the Provo Food Truck Roundup , I had the sweet opportunity to try some gourmet French Toast from a local food truck called The Matterhorn! French Toast has always been a favorite breakfast (and dessert) meal of mine growing up. It wouldn't be a Saturday morning without waking up to the smell of my mom cooking up some battered bread. It was the perfect thing to indulge in while watching Saturday morning cartoons!
