Ok.. I will confess. I am obsessed with Parker dresses. I have donned a Parker dress for the majority of wedding events in the past year, and the wedding we attended two weeks ago in RI was no exception! Being that the wedding was on the water in Newport, RI, I opted for nautical colors- red, white, gold, and a pop of blue with the clutch.
