LBD in this case means "little blue dress" instead of "little black dress" and when I say "little" I mean short!! Ha! I ordered this off the shoulder flounce dress from Forever 21 recently to wear on our upcoming beach vacation but it made it's debut a little earlier than I planned! I always want to wear things the minute I get them. Do you do that too? Anyway, on the model online the dress looked short but because I am short and models are tall things are usually much longer on me than they are on the model... but not in this case! I do love the dress though. The open shoulder detail is really pretty and the shades of blue in the print are so summer/beach...
