{Polka Dots & Piggy Tails}
I’m not a huge polka dot wearer, but this dress from Sexy Modest Boutique really caught my eye! It’s such a light summery dress and the pleated bottom adds a fun fullness to the dress. I broke the “don’t wear brown and black together” rule to accessorize this outfit. Which, by the way, I think that rule should be banished because I break it quite frequently! I haven’t worn piggy tails in the longest time, but it is such a quick and simple hairstyle that I will probably be wearing it like this a lot more.
