Denmark: All the pretty castles
Before I went I had absolutely no idea how wonderful Denmark is. Not just Copenhagen, where I could easily see myself emigrating, but also the countryside, filled with cottages offering their inhabitants the highest possible quality of life and some of the most impressive castles I've ever seen. While in Denmark we took a day from shopping and playing tourists in Copenhagen and visited the magnificent danish countryside where I had one of the most fruitful days exploring castle after castle.
