As much as I love wearing fun outfits all summer long, I still have to work! My GoTos? Skirts with sleeveless tops. I always make sure to bring along a cardigan.. you never know how cold the AC will be! I have to admit.. I have had this top since last summer, but hadn't gotten around to wearing it! I wanted to pair it with the perfect crisp white bottom..so when I found this skirt on sale at JCrew Factory, I brought the blouse out from hiding!
