My motto has always been to never pay full price for anything - but, every once in a while, I will break my own rule for an item that is truly special. Which is exactly what happened when I tried on this skirt in NYC last week. Everything from the texture to the fringed detail to the fit was absolutely perfect...and I knew I couldn't go home without it.
