Adding One
dress: kohls (so many years ago) I'm adding one to my 12 by 30 list . So make that 13 by 30. I really have no idea how to apply makeup. In the summer I usually just wear mascara. If I'm going to a wedding or something nice I will wear eye shadow and maybe blush, but honestly I'm not even sure you can tell tell the difference, as I have no idea the right makeup for my skin or how to apply correctly. So I want to learn. Tell me the best way to do that. Go to a makeup counter at a mall? A salon? Is it really expensive? Tell me your makeup learning ways please.
