summer dreams, summer floral seams
summer is bursting at the seams here in miami. the sun makes it unbearable to spend more time outdoors than a walk from your air conditioned car to the door of where you need to be. water intake doubles (and if not, cotton mouth sets in). and then of course, my entire wardrobe turns into florals, florals and vintage! my sickness finally relented after two nights of twelve hours of sleep, and i guess what everyone says is true-- sometimes your body just needs a rest. this weekend matt and i watched the entire season 2 of Orange Is The New Black, and wowee! i can't wait for seasons 3.
