I’m a complicated woman.
Today was one of those days that was supposed to be like any other Thursday, but unexpectedly turned into an awesome one.
My baby brother called me at the shop late yesterday afternoon to invite me to his 5th grade graduation this morning. My day started bright and early at his elementary school, choked up and weirdly emotional about the whole thing: slideshows with cute kids and good music are my kryptonite; I can’t believe he’s going to middle school; I wish I had more time to spend with him;...
