In recent years, I've been learning more about what I call Socially Conscious Shopping . In my mind, and that's what matters because I'm making up my own definition, socially conscious shopping generally means taking a few seconds to think twice (or thrice even) about the life cycle of our clothes and who is impacted along the way. This could be applied in myriad ways and generate a plethora of questions not the least of which might include: What resources were used in producing my clothes?
