The Rising Sun
One of my all-time favorite things to do in the world is to watch the sun rise. I always love the feeling of driving early in the morning as if I'm racing the sun to the horizon. The sun always wins, of course, but I put up a good fight (or so the police officers say with their speeding tickets). Despite our exhaustion, Jeremy and I drove to the beach this morning just in time to catch the sun rising. It was a little chillier than I expected it to be and I remember wishing that I wore pants instead of my maxi dress. The trip was still worth it though since we grabbed the most delicious and filling breakfast afterward. Now my belly is full of omelette and potatoes....
