Can I just say DAMN I wish I had abs again. lol. These photos were taken in Manila, right after my Boracay trip last labor day weekend and I guess my body hadn’t given up on me yet. I worked out with heavy cardio and plyometrics for 2 weeks prior, ate healthy the whole time (no sweets and lots of veggies and fish) and easily gained muscle in my abs and legs. Come May 1, I ate everything I was craving ( ang hirap pala magdiet!) and 30 days later (today), I am a happy flabby camper. It takes such discipline and effort to get a spankin bod, and it’s so easy to lose! Life is unfair. Lol But I’m glad I dove into my cropped tops while I still could!...
