Spring is a fickle season
I have this idea of what ideal spring weather should be in my mind, but there is no actual truth or evidence to support it. This idillic spring weather would be mostly sunny and 60° to 65°. An outfit like this would be perfect. The reality is that when it's 60° it is also dark, cloudy, and raining, which means it feels like 40° and ballet flats and a paper hat are poor choices. However when it's sunny, it some how gets up to 80° and jeans, long sleeves, and a jacket are poor choices. This day happened to include both those scenarios.
