{Tee: Similar | Jeans: Target | Purse: Questhaven Fashions | Wedges: Similar}Sometimes I plan outfits by the amount of sleep I get the night before. Last night was a toss and turn kind of a night so I'm still kind of sleepy. (You know, it's one of those days that you'll be sleepy all day until 10 pm when you want to go to sleep again and can't.) For some reason, when I'm sleepy bright colors are what I'm drawn to -- probably because it's the only thing my half closed eyes can see.
