While being printed and colorful, they are equally relaxed. I dressed mine for a casual day, but add a silk top and high heeled sandals, and they are night appropriate, or wear them over a swim suit, and they double as a cover. I have always loved Spanish prints and fabrics for that reason. They are cool, colorful, fun, but they are not overdone and stuffy.
