I'm officially calling this combo Surf Country. How cool is this skirt?! I can tell from the tag that it is pretty old Banana Republic. How perfect to find it now that neoprene is having a major runway moment! I'm sad though because the skirt is actually too big for me- I just have it pinned on for the pictures.
