Usually, I change her diaper, put her back to bed from whatever weird position she's got herself into, give her a kiss, and tell her I love her. She never wakes up, just sleeps through it all, but she does often talk to me. I lean in close to kiss her, and whisper in her ear that I love her. She replies matter of factly, "I know."
