TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
It is time for a brand new week with lot of appointments and meetings. For me, past weekend was all about having relaxing time with my sister and my niece. I am aware that I don't share my personal life on my blog but one thing I want to share with you guys. For the longest time (since the end of last year), I have been struggling with really painful aches around my neck, shoulder and upper back area. Yesterday I had a meeting with physical therapist who looked my posture and how my upper body moved. After talking and all that jazz, I went to book a meeting with a masseur. Today, I am having my first meeting with the masseur and I can't wait to lie on...
