Floral & Food Trucks
So I just made the best/worst discovery last week. Every Thursday there's a Food Truck Round Up like 20 minutes from where I live. They have a circle of 8-10 food trucks parked in the same place and big wood tables set out in the center. They even have live music sometimes! Ethan and I are in agreeal that it's a pretty awesome way to spend a Thursday night. Our favorite was the French toast we shared from The Matterhorn. Their coconut syrup is to die for! He also tried a foot long corn dog dipped in honey and I opted for a massive veggie burrito. It was maybe a little too much - but hey, it was our first time at the round up...
