Ever since the 90s trend broke out, the checkered print became so popular! I see it everywhere- tied at the waist, as a polo, as pants- even as slips! This punk basic certainly gives an outfit so much character. I decided to wear mine in a more feminine, and more “me” way by trying it out on a pencil skirt instead. Isn’t this one from Details just gorgeous? I wore it again just last week with a red top for a birthday party. I love the color and how versatile it is. Of course, you can’t take the edginess completely out of the picture. I still felt very bold despite my outfit’s body fitting silhouette! What do you think?
