Top: Forever 21 (in-store | black crop top picks below) | Skirt: Forever 21 (in-store | black skater skirt picks below) Heels: Steve Madden (similar here and here ) | Bag: Phillip Lim for Target Necklace: Forever 21 I actually wore this outfit for our engagement photos , and it was just the right amount of fun & daring I was looking for in my final look. My 3 other outfits were dresses, so this changed it up perfectly. Hopefully years from now I'll still love this outfit, but we'll see! ;) I was so skeptical of the crop top trend at first, but now I'm fully a fan when paired with a high-waisted...
