One of the things I'm being careful about is not investing time refashioning clothes I will only wear once. In the past I made that mistake, I would refashion something, wear it once, and then it would go into the donation box. That is why I haven't refashioned as much. I want to make sure that whatever I make will stay in my closet for many seasons.This refashioned skirt had staying power, I love the scalloped/lace hem and I'm thinking about making another skirt like it.
