Last weekend I escaped to the country with my mountain man for a bit of relaxing at the beautiful Bridgeton House in New Hope. We had a charming room overlooking the Delaware river and we promptly filled it with junk food, trashy movies, and dirty jokes. In between long stretches of lazy lounging we poked around the local antique stores and bought decadent desserts that we didn't even eat. A lovely weekend that I won't soon forget.
