Which, is great news for my wardrobe and a real sad moment for my credit card. This little number was one that I found amidst a sea of clothing at Forever 21 in Portland. It was a spontaneous choice, but the girl working fitting rooms insisted that I couldn't leave without it. For a $30 dress (tax free too), I was all "Okay, okay, twist my arm, I'll buy it."
