To give your denim jacket a new look, button it all the way up. If you're looking for an evening look, follow the Man Repeller's cues and wear a statement necklace under the collar. I've been trying to come up with new ways to wear old favorites because. . . When we moved to Alaska I got rid of about 75% of my wardrobe. In a fit of post-partum hormones and long-distance moving frustration I decided that I wanted a minimal closet. I felt that with less choices it would solve the "what to wear" dilemma. It did not. I regret getting rid of so much. So much color, so much life was sucked out of my wardrobe in one fell swoop. Luckily I kept some bright summer...
