Masala Chai and Printing Few days ago I had a chance to attend traditional Korean tea ceremony (다도), held specially for foreigners, who live here. The recipe of Korean traditional tea goes to old Indian Masala Chai , the difference is in the number of species added. The base tea is usually a strong black tea so that the species and sweetener don't overpower it: brown sugar, salt, ground ginger, milk and bay leaf.
