I get asked quite frequently about what closet essentials every woman should have (you can see my picks here: spring , summer , fall , winter ). For this time of year, though, I would have to say that a classic shirt-dress is near the top of my list. This one is over a year old and I've worn it countless ways - layered under a cargo vest , cinched in with a leather belt , paired with a printed scarf & tucked into a midi skirt (worn as a shirt).
