Recipe Tuesday: Peanut butter oatmeal cookies
I was looking for a flour less recipe on Pinterest and stumbled upon this one . I love adding peanut butter to my cookies and you can't go wrong with oatmeal. I will add cranberries next time to make them a little more sweet. Enjoy! Flourless Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies (Makes Approximately 12-16 cookies) Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups quick oats (I used rolled oats) 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans Directions: 1.
