I always enjoy seeing how LA designer Mike Vensel channels his history, experiences, and passions through his collections. Vensel's Fall/Winter 2014 collection, 'NOTHING', was 'inspired by his childhood as a skateboarder in the 80s and 90s. Skateboarding provided one of his first creative outlets and allowed him to explore concepts with style and originality'. This collection definitely represented Vensel's rebellious independent spirit; the models donned form fitting dresses with oversized but crisp jackets or coats as well as a stand-out plaid...
