I have been running . . .
away from things, toward things but the problem is I am actually not running at all. In fact, this weekend I am rededicating myself to the physical act of running. With summer just around the corner and warm weather rolling through Los Angeles, I made a rare visit to the beach recently to motivate myself to get in tip top summer shape. The beach is a wonderful place to bring a breath of fresh air into you energy zone. Seagulls chirping, children playing in the sand and the beautiful sounds of water crashing into the distant shore bring in waves of anticipation. It’s incredible how far that water has traveled.
