I am on my way to Madrid today but I have prepared a post with lots of photos from my most recent escapade to the snow in Val Thorens . It feels really weird to go through these photos now because we are experiencing a heatwave, which means that I have finally managed to get rid of tights, but the photos are still beautiful so I thought that I would share them. You can also see me cooking with Jean Sulpice, the chef at the amazing two Michelin Star Savoi Restaurant at Val Thorens … I hope to learn a bit from him, I kind of need it!
